Hello Kitty and I have known each other for a long time.

I remember having school stuff, such as pencils, notebooks,

stickers, t shirts - all Hello Kitty.

I also had My Melody and Little Twin Stars characters but,

after a while I only stuck with Hello Kitty.

I still do.

Saturday Happenings..

On Saturday I got my car back from the shop.

Can you believe the Volkswagen dealership ? and I quote 

"The hood works great, it just has that sound telling

 you it needs to be checked, but we don't dare

check because we could ruin the hood's mechanism..."

It's awful how my dream car is turning into a nightmare.

Saturday night we had a College graduation dinner to attend.

I was a little reluctant to wear this black dress, the reason I wore it

was because it was hanging there in the closet where I put 

items that can be worn again before going to the 

cleaners/clothes hamper.

So it was kind of a lazy pick.

I should have chosen color. Everyone, even the graduate

was wearing black, it was like a uniform!

I had someone (hint:white haired little one) who kept

looking at everything I did...

I, the landlord...continues

A week or so ago I gave you a rant that you can catch up on here.

Happens that we are now in step two.

The woman that the apartment is rented to DID NOT LEAVE on June 3rd as per note sent to her by authorities.

Next step I had to GO. 

ME, PHYSICALLY to deliver the note that she will be forced out. 

I had to go with a policeman, according to law.

Well, HELL NO !

I paid someone to do it for me.

The note is the final notice that she must abandon the apartment or she will be physically thrown out next week.

I have been waiting from news from my lawyer but,

 since I received none I called a neighbor in that building.

Doris is an 80 year old lady who lives next to her and who

complains about her all the time.

Doris told me that she heard when the policeman and the man I had paid delivered the note.

She said the woman went into a rage and argued with them.

Can you imagine ME delivering this ?

I'd be bald !

My hairs would have been pulled out.

I am trying to be relaxed about this, but I confess I am terrified.

Friday Night BBQ

Product Review: MAC's Hello Kitty Beauty Powder

If you have browsed this blog you may have noticed I have a close relationship with Hello Kitty.

We go way back, in fact we are almost the same age.

I think this is the reason my mother keeps on buying me Hello Kitty t shirts, pijamas, necklaces...

Last year I was passing by a MAC store and... there she was: the Hello Kitty Collection.

I purchased a couple of the collection's items to find myself totally disillusioned, disenchanted, dissapointed - with my HELLO KITTY BEAUTY POWDER.

I honestly have to say that it sucks, it does nothing for me. I beat myself up on why I even bought it. 

It does not mattify my skin, give it color - nothing. 
The only thing it did was make me waste money and as a self punishment 
I vowed to wear it until it's finished and tell everyone how bad the product is when they compliment the nice packaging.

HK, it's nothing personal - sorry ! I'll always love you.

Nothing Fancy...

Oh.... it smells just so green ! Too bad we only came for a quick visit. Next time we have to stay at least two days.

To do errands around the town and get a meal before driving back to the city I wore:
