Hi Poncho

Black trousers Mario Serrani, similar here - Black silk tank top underneath
Otomi Doll print silk poncho Pineda Covalin, similar
Black and white Accocella flats Nine West - Metallic satchel Stella Rittwagen, here another cool option

While waiting for flights, I've made one too many visits to the Pineda Covalin store in Mexico DF Airport. The silks are exquisite, the prints are impeccable and the designs very creative. So it was a no brainer when I had the possibility of acquiring this Otomi doll silk poncho.
I am totally aware that ponchos are not trending specially the triangular shaped front, so I began to wonder how to wear this garment without it looking dated.
Then as I looked at their runway pictures I came across one that totally made sense (and I cannot find now) and it showed the poncho being tucked in the front meaning the pointy front is hidden. While I could have done the same to the back, I chose to leave it as is.
Are there any ponchos in your closet? When was the last time you wore it?

That is such a beautiful poncho, and It's nice you came up with a different way to wear it right away! :) I think it would look just as good completely untucked too :)

Hope you are having a great week so far :)
