Pool Party

Mexican Off white dress - Huarache flats Maurice's, similar

Straw bag, option here for 4.00 USD

Brown sunglasses Michael Kors, similar
Vintage wood earrings, other option
I picked this dress up in Mexico. I loved the subtle colors of the embroidery and the lightness of the fabric, but it was long, really long, probably as long as this dress. It was also at least one size too big. Regardless, I bought it and later on took it to two different tailors until it was the length and width I wanted.  I love it but sometimes run out of ideas on how to wear it. Today I thought of pairing it with my vintage wood earrings for a pool party.
How else would you style this dress?

The dress looks lovely on you and really cool to wear in the heat. I think that you've got it tailored to perfection now.

Try this cute dress with red. Ohh and I am jealous of your weather as I am in the middle of Polar Vertex.

It is a beautiful dress and although it would have been a pain getting it altered multiple times it's certainly worked out as it look great on you :)

I'd be pairing it with all kinds of bright pieces, you know me with my bright handbags! Looks so good here with the matching tones though :)

It is a really lovely dress, and perfect for summer. I feel like I'd pair it with some really bright coloured shaoes and accessories (maybe red).

That is a pretty dress and I think it's perfect for a pool party. I think it would also look great with a denim jacket and wedge sandals. Have fun at the pool party!

I like it styled like this. I'm not very imaginative when it comes to a "one and done" dress, I'm afraid!
