Lounge wear

Bella Dahl salt and pepper shirt dress, similar
Black scalloped flats Sam Edelman, similar
Brown sunglasses Nine West
Watch Victorinox, similar - Yellow flower bracelet Cruciani, almost identical in orange

The moment I laid my eyes on this Bella Dahl shirt dress I said to myself "its great for lounge wear and gardening..." and I bought it with that purpose in mind.
However today it made it out the door, basically because it has really deep pockets and I did not want to carry a hand bag. It probably falls into the lazy wear category.
I am not a fan. The dress is staying but going back to its original purpose: lounge and gardening wear.

That does look like a perfect dress for lounge wear. I know how you feel about wearing it out once it's been designated as such. I have a dress that I love to wear when I'm lounging. It was on the blog back in the day, but I can't bring myself to blog it these days. It's just for home, and well, work on the days I don't feel like trying, lol.

I have stuff like that too (I mistakenly wore my white cropped jean things on the weekend - nope, should not have done that). Once you have it in your mind that it's loungewear, you need to stick to it.

For what it's worth, you look great in it!

It does look like a comfortable dress - I love the print, and pockets in a dress are always a bonus! It's a shame you didn't enjoy it when you wore it out, but good you will enjoy it as loungewear! :)

Hope you are having a great week so far! It's been a busy one here.
