Feeling stupid

Ok, so check this out.
I get home from work and get on the elevator.
I press the floor number I am supposed to go to and
instead of going up - the elevator goes down to the lobby.

Two teens walk in - they press 6 - they are going to the sixth floor.
I am uneasy and just want to get home.

Grey skirt Zora Fashion - Black tank Merona - Black cardigan H&M - Moleca black suede shoes - Tous black bag
The elevator stops at six and I hurry out.
I am not getting off on the sixth floor, I have over 10 more floors to go.
I am standing in an unknown floor.
I walk back into the elevator feeling like a moron and the teens get off.
Feeling stupid :)

Gorgeous blue pin on your jacket! I love how you used it to add some color to this neutral outfit. Lovely pleated skirt too :)

Don't feel stupid lol. That is something I would do haha. Gorgeous skirt! Very classic and chic look. something Coco Chanel would wear.

Oh, this has happened to me before, too! I just laugh and shrug it off. Not stupid, just in a hurry...happens to anyone who rides elevators regularly!

Also, I am jealous of this skirt you are wearing. (-:

That's a funny story about the elevator. I don't always recognize my floor when I arrive either. This is a very sophisticated looking outfit.

haha I do that all the time with the elevator as well, don't worry about it! :)

Like your cardigan, it has lovely detail with that flower on it :)

We all have days like that. I sometimes drive off the wrong exit on highways 'cause my mind is elsewhere.

On the plus side, you look nice!

Some teens make even us grown-up women feel uneasy and they might not even be silly, loud, stupid, evil or whatever. Elevators in general make me uneasy when I share them with others because it is such a small, confined place.

You look lovely. Pleated skirts are always a feminine addition in a woman's wardrobe. But that gorgeous royal blue pin takes the cake. I always thought rhinestones & pearls went so well together. Case proven for your pins and bracelets.

I AM GLAD I CAUGHT UP WITH YOUR POSTS, LORENA. =) This time around you had many chic, elegant, dressy outfits, not as many casual ones. You look DIVINE in all of them.

Take Care <3 Ada.
