I came across the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011 Collection in the
January 2011 Edition of Vogue Latinoamerica.
I loved it.
It is feminine, tailored and feels like a breeze of the 50´s.
The pieces that ¨talked¨ to me were the above the knee full skirts,
and the tones of green happily combined with pink.
So, out of this gorgeous collection came my inspiration.
White skirt, Pink top and green cardigan -
which means I am walking to and from places.
Walking in the street requires a comfortable shoe and I just
did not feel like wearing heels.
So the above idea evolved into this:
For now this is as close as I will get to LV !

However, I remembered that my car is still in the shop which means I am walking to and from places.

Carven white pants · Forever 21 ruffle pink shirt · 525 America green cardigan · Nine West peep toe flats · Tous pendant · Neiman Marcus black tote bag |

I love the whole thing. As Spring arrives those colors stimulate me and make me smile.
I really like!! All three versions are great - I like the white belt with the skirt the best on the skirt version and I LOVE the pants. So jealous of your weather :)
I can't believe your car is in for maintenance again, you poor thing!
I love the inspiration, and i think the pants version works well too!

Love, Vanilla
Te ha quedado muy bien. Yo a veces miro revistas y revistas o buceo en la red para inspirarme en algo y se me da fatal. Tu lo bordas!

I like all these looks, Lorena! Wonderful! Green and pink together is one of my very favourite combinations. There is a Victorian-era house in my city that is painted in shades of pink with green trim - I used to love seeing it.
So cute! This evolution happens to me a lot, too. I think it looks great both ways, though!
Oh you look so femenin and beautiful Lorena!!!
Simply adorable. I love green and pink together. Didn't realize until my daughter came down the hall in a bright green top, with bright pink shorts... a combo that I would've never put together, but it worked!
