Ripped

Black ripped jeans Gap, similar - White tee shirt Theory

Black flats Parfois - Bottega Venetta like bag in transit

These jeans were part of a friend's closet edit. Years ago she had a gastric bypass done (I think that's the name) and lost over 50 pounds.
Fast forward ten years and the gained 30 pounds back and had to get rid of most of her closet from 50 pounds ago. I was the beneficiary of jeans and trousers packed in 4 huge black trash bags. I did not keep all of them, I donated and sold others. This ripped pair I am not sure I will keep.

Do you have any ripped /distressed jeans in your closet?

I am not a fan of the ripped jeans thing. I don't mind rips that look natural (like knees or worn out bottom back hems), but the full thighs being ripped out bothers me.

I hemmed and raveled the bottoms of a pair jeans, but I never wear them.

That is really nice of your friend to give you bags of clothes, but I feel bad for her. Losing 50 lbs is a big deal, and it would be very hard on your confidence and body image to gain a bunch of it back. I hope she is doing okay.

I LOVE SMALL RIPPING ON MY JEANS, LIKE ON YOURS. I WEAR BLACK SKINNY JEANS ALL YEAR LONG, ALMOST WEEKLY OR AT LEAST TWICE OR THREE TIMES A MONTH SO EVERY YEAR I BUY A NEW PAIR OF BLACK SKINNY JEANS BUT I DO NOT SPLURGE ON THEM. I need a pair with small ripping/distressing like yours.
