Secret wish

Chambray raw hem dress Current Elliott, identical on sale here - Celine sunglasses
Taupe suede block heel shoes Breckelle's, similar
Brown hand bag Furla, similar
Striped flower belt

My secret wish is to take all items in my closet to the lowest cost per wear possible. Sigh.
This dress is down to 4.55 USD on cost per wear, including today. If you had to calculate a cost per wear on an item you are wearing today, how much would it be and for what item?

Love this denim dress and the cute way you styled it with the rosette belt! I don't keep track of my cost per wear nearly as well as you do, but I think I'm down to less than $1 per wear on the bag I'm carrying today. Not so impressive on the rest of the outfit, but time will tell!

Ha, I just did this for the dress I wore today - last wear for me, and it's down to just over $2 per wear ($12.00 and wore it five times).

This dress is great on you! Love the hem.

I'd love to get everything to a low cost per wear, but when I did a wardrobe audit the other year I realised I had (conservatively) quite a few years worth of outfits so that is unlikely to happen any time soon as I love shopping, haha! I am looking at the cost per wear of things when I'm doing my 30 wears posts, I find it really interesting!

I like the rainbow coloured belt with the denim dress here too :)

I've never actually tried to audit my closet in that way but it seems like a really useful thing to do in order to be more conscious of what's actually in there and how it relates to my bank account. I need to try it for at least a few pieces in there.

I'm terrible at this, but I do try to rewear the things in my closet.
This belt is fabulous Lorena. Belts are something I don't wear much, for some reason. I need to change that.
