One polo shirt 6 ways

Overalls MNG Mango, similar - Light turquoise Polo Ralph Lauren Polo shirt, similar - Silk on shoes flats

I love polo shirts but, I don't wear them much. This one in particular dates from at least 2010. The thick cotton, the fit and the colour all are dear to me. Now that I think of it I don't know how "dear" it really is when it's been worn about 7 times in 8 years.
Anyways, one of those nights I get pumped up with wanting to do laundry I placed this polo shirt with a red pair of jeans. It got stained. I washed it again, nothing. Then again with some stain remover, then washed it by hand and there was a pink shadow right below the last button.
So I wore it once more with these overalls, which have been my afternoon go to piece, and gave it one last wear.
What was the last thing you stained? Where you able to remove the stain ?

It's great you came up with a way to wear it again and hide the stain! I used to have a bunch of polo shirts, I ended up getting rid of them as I wore tees more. I'm no good at removing stains - one of the boy's tops has a stain on it so I just keep trying different products and washing hoping it comes out, haha!

It's so frustrating when you are trying to clean something and it gets stained instead! I recently stained a classic grey sweater of mine. Hopefully I can find a replacement!
