I am not much of a shorts person, however I must admit that this white pair is probably the most worn from the handful of these I have. Sometimes its the least expected garment that you will wear over and over. In my case, its these shorts as they have pockets, are the perfect length, have a fabulous cut and are made of thick machine washable cotton and can be worn directly from the clothes dryer.
Sometimes when I encounter bad ass shorts like these I wonder if they are really worth the price tag compared to mine from Larry Levine.

I've had Larry Levine garments before (I think he's actually a Canadian designer), and they are really nice quality. These look awesome on you, and I love the blue sweater. That boat-neck neckline really suits you, Lorena.

Whites are tricky - at all price points! I think they are really something you have to try on and see how they are. I've seen some really cheap white pieces that are thick and not sheer, and expensive ones that are so sheer it's crazy. If you find something that works for you, don't worry about the price tag! :)
I like the navy and white together - I figured I might have more luck keeping white shorts clean than white jeans as there's less fabric but haven't found a pair that aren't see-through!

I think I swore off shorts for about five years, but then there were so many cute pairs they won me over again. Even better is that now there are many which look like skirts. Win-win in my book.
