Minimalissmo

Sometimes it's hard to find inspiration.
Sometimes its just a blog away.
See Magdalena's full post here
Today's look was inspired by Polish
blogger Magdalena from Minimalissmo (above)
where I translated her look, to mine:
Black skirt Club Monaco - Striped ruffle top Orange
A black midi skirt inherited from Sheila and
a striped ruffle top that dates to 2010 -
these had never worn together.
Black pumps Oh Deer! - Black padded bucket bag Love Moschino
While I was not sold on my end result,
you got to try. Always try.

You look good. It is nice to be inspiration :))) VERY NICE! (...) May I suggest sth? I see 2 things: different bag and - maybe someone think it is not important detail - but I suggest heels with pointed spitz shoe - this gives good shape of entire look (this is due to the composition).

I forgot all about that skirt! I like this outfit - the top is maybe not quite right, but the bottom half looks awesome!

I think the combo is fun, and I love when other bloggers inspire you to pair pieces you might not have otherwise.

It's great to get inspiration from other bloggers to try new combinations :) Although it;s a shame you didn't love the final result, like you said it's always worth trying something once :)

I think you look better than Magdalena. I own a similar ruffled blouse. I love your skirt, bag and pumps. Super chic and ladylike in this! Don't forget to come linkup with me on Thursdays, dear friend. =)

How awesome! You both look terrific. I really, really like your tiered midi skirt. That is such a classic, becoming length (and my personal fave for any skirt or dress).
