Inspired by Mica

Mica is an Australian blogger behind the blog: Away from the Blue.
She is a casual gal who has the best eye for accessories and bags.
On one of my visits to her blog a few weeks ago I saw Mica wear this:

Meet Mica and her pup Cooper
I loved the colors, the prints ... so Mica's rich burgundy trousers and animal print top translated into this:

Valerie Bertinelli burgundy trousers - Da Moda animal print top -
Kenneth Cole Reaction black wedges - Black patent vintage bag

Sometimes we have to see how things are worn by others to be inspired.
Thank you Mica !

This look is amazing on you Lorena! I much prefer it to mine - yours would work for the office too.

You have sunnies too - as you can see I badly needed to add them, haha!!

Thanks all for your lovely comments :)

Oh, those oxblood trousers are endlessly lovely. I fell in love with that rich, elegant hue as a little girl (and had a very similar pair of pants for one grade, until I outgrew them) and have been smitten with it ever since. Wonderful ensemble - and source of inspiration, dear Lorena.

*PS* Thank you very much for sharing some about your own issues with medical hair loss with my, honey. Regarding teeth, my own are nothing short of a train wreck (they're absurdly crocked and overcrowded, a problem which my parents never had the means to get fixed when I was a child, and which I've not yet as an adult - one day, I pray though), which is why I never show (save for one photo, which did not show the full extent of the problem, thankfully, last summer) them in any of my photos. I just mention this to let you know that in a sea of fashion bloggers with seemingly (or at least nearly) perfect teeth, you are not alone in having issues with yours, my friend.

Holy smokes, I LOVE this outfit! The oxblood pants are the perfect length, the top is perfectly draped, and every bit of it, from the shoes to the bag to the belt, work perfectly together.
