I am a drop out.
I had to drop out of my MBA program in order to
be able to travel for work.

Certainly this was not my first choice but paying for
a program and not attending class and being away and not having
the time for all the required reading and working in groups was not
acceptable for me.
So, yes I am currently a drop out who can`t wait to go back to class.

I haven't dropped out of a class but I think I will have to drop out of the marathon I planned to do in October as I have been inured and then caught a virus. I haven't done any serious running for six weeks now.
I have drop out of translation lately - i am a translator on paper, but not working in the field, but doing it for non profit organizations, but these days not in the mood, maybe i will get back into it

I once dropped out of a college to go to a better college, from which I later graduated with my first Bachelor degree. I am sure your job is important to you and many people would love traveling for work, so whatever is meant to be will happen. I am sure it was the right decision for you, in the long run.
