Old and white

This week I am taking the time to
try and remember how old the
clothes I am wearing are.

White trousers Carven - Fuchsia tank top Apostrophe -
Black and flower cardigan Tanjay - Pierre Dumas silver flats
Silver padded bag (no brand)

(Please disregard my 6 am face)
You'd think (or more like I think) that white clothes
would have a very short life span.
Well to my surprise this week the two items I have worn
that are white have been around for quite some time.
The blazer I wore on Monday , well that's at least 8 or 9 years old.
Today's white trousers, well they too are at least 9 years old !
They too have gotten a lot of wear.
My fuchsia tank top is about 4 years old (I never wear it),
the cardigan is new-to-me (a hand-me-down), the bag has been around
for at least 4 years and the shoes were purchased last month.

So, for how long have you had that bag
you are carrying around today ?

Hmm, I think the average lifespan of items in my closet is about 3 years. But I try to keep my wardrobe small so I wear things often.

well, i've been carrying my new coach bag a lot lately, but i'm sure it's been around for at least 10 or 20 years before it came to me!

I love white pants and have a couple in my wardrobe. Like you, I have found that they have kept very well! I carry a LV and have had it now for 6 years. :)
