I have always loved lace,
so seeing this trend in March's In Style
magazine made it even more desirable...
I see lace as very lady like and elegant.
Today I was not going for that look, so I toned it down
just a bit by rolling my trousers and wearing flats.

I love lace, and I love that top. I would def. buy something like that! Love that you layered a contrasting color under the lace rather than the same color, it makes the pattern pop!
I do have some lace peices, particualrly a lace babydoll top and a lace-sleeved turtleneck. I should restyle the lace babydoll for work sometime I think! Thanks for the inspo! : )
I love lace too. But not the sort that shows too much of your lower half. The lace top you have is super and I, too, like the contrast under it. I'm now on the lookout for a top I can do that with.

lace is tricky for me. sometimes i think it looks cheap (not like a floozy, but cheap as in quality), so i get scared to wear it. i am ok with lace in lingerie, but i don't think i am so successful with it as regular day-wear. maybe i should try harder, as you make it looks great!

p.s. i love all of the lace in on the magazine page you provided. i think color (or lack of) is probably key when it comes to lace. bright or tacky colors in lace will most likely be AWFUL -- ALWAYS -- but neutrals can be very classy and elegant.

Not as well as you - that outfit is gorgeous!! I must say I like lace but I might own piece. I also think lace can elegant. You still look elegant in a polished way :)
I love lace on lingerie and cocktail dresses other than that, I never wear it. I think it looks great on other people, just not me.
