Bye Tcherassi

Black sleeveless maxi dress vintage Silvia Tcherassi, very similar

Black flats Parfois

Black satchel Rebecca Minkoff, almost identical

Black and gold terrier vintage belt, similar

I love the idea of this dress. It's a black canvas of the most amazing linen fabric made by a very well known Colombian designer. The issue is that it looks really good on pictures, however the chest area is a bit small for me, it feels like I have one big horizontal boob and I am conscious every minute of it. So, as much as I love it, I've decided to let this dress go.

Is there a garment you own that people compliment but you feel odd in?

That is such a beautiful maxi dress, but if you don't feel comfortable in it I agree with letting it go!

Comfort is the most important thing for me with clothes / shoes - if I'm not comfortable I tend to fuss at my outfit all day and that small annoyance makes other small annoyances through the day feel worse than they are, haha!

Ugh that's such a shame because its beautiful! I hate when things don't fit exactly. One tiny thing can totally ruin the experience of wearing it

It looks great on you, but YES, I have things that I don't feel great in but other people love. I don't like it when my boobs get mashed like that - the garment feels too tight then, and I am just not comfortable.

I'm glad that the belt is a separate piece - that's my favourite part of this outfit anyway. I know you can find another black maxi in a heartbeat, if you want! Hope you make some good $$ for this lovely dress - I know it will go to a good home!

Absolutely let it go if you're not comfortable in it - it's a shame as it really is a lovely dress though.

Wow that dress is just stunning! I totally understand what you mean by having it not fit. Such a bummer because the dress is gorgeous!
