I've been in this city so many times I lost count, I am guessing at least half a dozen times.

I lived in DC for a few months doing research at the Folger and then have been back a good 4-5 other times for conferences but I think it's a tie between New York and London for the cities I've visited the most - I don't think I could ever get sick of visiting them though (although I do find the climate in DC really, really hard to get used to).

I agree with Mica, the earrings make this outfit.
I haven't been to many places that I wouldn't go again, but I'll say rural Quebec - way up in the Saguenay region. Not to my taste.
I haven't visited Washinton but it looks so beautiful. Great photos.
