Style lately

Printed vintage skirt Wera Stockholm, kinda similar here
Bright pink top J Teal
Brown sunglasses Michael Kors, almost identical
Brown vintage hand bag Lancaster, here one of their new models in the same colour
Nude patent heels Flexi, similar
Although I designed my rubies and amethyst ring, this one is quite similar

Lately I have been incorporating unworn items to my outfits. For example this vintage skirt and this bright top. The reason is now they fit. Well the skirt, I had to hold my breath to zip, but it zipped.

For the last two or three months I have been making a huge effort not eating junk food, it's been difficult as I have been on the road a lot. Ordering room service can be quite tempting.

But, now after I can finally get back into the garments, I wear them only to realise that I no longer want to wear them.

So its a bit of a disappointment, it's like "Yay it fits, I can wear it" and then followed by "Ugh but it's too see through" or another reason that makes me send the garment to the consignment bag.

Oh no, that's too bad! But at least now you're finding out, and you can move things along and free up much-needed room in your closet. I love this outfit, but if it's not working, you know what to do.

Good for you on watching your junk intake. It is really hard to lose weight when you travel so much - good work!

Well at least you are making room for clothes that you want to wear in your closet! That ring is absolutely beautiful!

I had a few pieces like that in my wardrobe - new with tags and I'd not worn them for whatever reason, so excited to take the tags off and wear them and then realise they just don't work for me - and that's probably why they were unworn in the first place! Making myself wear things twice as soon as I buy them has been a good way to keep that in check. :)

I do like this outfit though - the top and skirt work so perfectly together! :)

Hope that you are having a lovely start to your week! It's finally scarf weather here which I'm excited about! :)

It's annoying when you find those details, but at least they aren't taking up precious real estate anymore!!
And a good reason to go shopping...LOL!!

Well don't let such a minor setback stop you from your progress! Now you can finally get those things out of the closet and have room for the inevitable new things.
