Day One

Striped skirt Worthington, similar here - Red blouse MNG Mango, a very cool one for less than 11.00 USD here
Black patent shoes Zara - Black bucket bag Moschino, spectacular faux leather one here and here

Embroidered flower belt from Peru, almost identical here, similar here , here  - Black and white watch Candie's similar here

Day one of 2017, everyone is making resolutions. Have you vowed to live a stress free life, travel more, quit smoking, volunteer, get out of debt or maybe lose some weight... ? *

If you have been around you know I don't make resolutions, you see, for me resolutions have to be immediate, so I just make plans. Plans are timeless... and besides at this time of the year the gym is always full ;)

*These are some of the resolutions most often forgotten.

Ooh that flower belt is so fun! Really pulls the look together!
And no resolutions for me. But I do have a goal - worry less!

I like that you make plans instead of resolutions--those are easier to stick to anyway! This is a great look, I love the striped skirt with that gorgeous pink blouse!

I never make resolutions - I'm actually pretty sure I never really have.

Hahah, so true. And you are right, I go to one exercise class a week (keep saying I'll go more often, but it hasn't happened yet) and the last week of December it was just myself and one other person. First week of January and I can barely find a spot on the floor!

I really love this wrap blouse. I feel like I've been looking for a blouse like that for a while. And the belt makes another appearance!

Love that striped skirt, but the belt really makes this whole outfit so fun!

That belt is just perfect with the striped skirt! :)

I don't make resolutions much either - just general goals for the year like more/less of something. Easier to stick to!

Hope you are having a great start to the week and 2017!

I agree, I usually make plans instead! But I like to ease in them, because i find i come out of the holidays with a holiday hangover and need time to waen off the chocoalate and cheese and wine!

Love the skirt, and love to see you looking as beautiful as ever!

I love the bold red and stripes broken up with the floral belt - lovely!

I make small changes that have big payoffs. Like doing my nails to help plan my outfits for the week. Or going to bed early so that I can read more books in a year!

This is very nice combo: colored top, B-W skirt + very importer element - "connector" - this peruvian flowered belt. I like it.

Por un momento pense que la correa era parte del trabajado de la falda. Me encanta! Es una forma original de añadirle color a tu outfit de oficina.
