The red skirt

Red skirt H&M - White button down shirt Gina Tricot - Black suede pumps Juicy Couture -
Black glove handbag Maison Martin Margiela for H&M - Vintage watch (brooch)
This red skirt has been in the closet since February.
Since then I've had the hem lengthened, waist adjusted
and it was sitting ironed in the closet waiting for its
debut, which happened to be today.
Now that I think of it, its one of the very
 few red garments I own..
How about you ? Own a lot of red ?

I do have quite a bit of red---to me it's a fun & vibrant color!
What I really love is how it stands out against that yellow wall---maybe you need to pair it with yellow?

That skirt is beautiful! I don't own much red either though, it's not an everyday colour for me, maybe as it's so bright I feel it makes quite a statement? I do have a handful of red pieces I like wearing now and then :)

Hope you're having a wonderful week, and that this cute skirt gets more wear soon :)

I do not own a lot of red, and the red I have, I don't frequently wear. I'm definitely drawn to it when I shop however!
I'm glad the skirt finally made it's debut, it does look like it fits perfectly, and I'm loving your hair up!

I think the basic mistake of this look is background - red is too bright alone to mix it with next so bright colors. Its is a little "Lunapark" effect. If the background would change - for example grey city look, this may be look nicer. Anyway, blouse is not perfect, I see here white ruffles blouse.

i am a little shy to wear red, but i am wearing a red dress today. i have received many compliments! it is a good, strong, powerful color, so it is good to wear it with gusto. be loud and proud! i think it is one of the most appealing colors out there!

Awesome skirt! So chic, stylish and cheerful. I adore red sooooo much! It's such a staple in my closet, that I even deemed it to be my "signature colour". I couldn't imagine my wardrobe without red (and burgundy) in it and hope that I never have to. :)
