Pollution alert

Just arrived Mexico for the week.
Jeans Red Valentino - Pink top Daisy Fuentes - Red pashmina - black bag Tous - Black flats Sam Edelman
Chilly as expected and this time around there is an air pollution alert
as Mexico city is facing the worst air quality in 15 years...
The contingency plans include children not being able to
play outside, sports events cancelled and 40% of
the automobiles in the city cannot be on the road today.
It's like a doomsday movie, but its not.
It's Mexico City, where I am today.

Nice comfy look. I can't believe how bad the air quality is over there. I was just there not too long ago. It didn't seem all that bad then. We had a nice rooftop dinner in Mexico City -- lovely!

Thank you so much for always being stylish, inspirational, beautiful inside out and a great friend. Also, thanks so much for linking with me last week. Please do come by and linkup every week, Lorena! =)

I have been slowly but surely reading all the posts I have missed from your blog since November of last year all through early February (so far). I am catching up and soon expect an abundance of comments lol - hope you don't mind.

Love you my friend.

P.S. What to co-host Thursday Moda with me soon dear? Just say YES and it's done! I have opening since next week.

<3 Ada and Vivian too.

I like the colour the red scarf adds to your outfit :) Kind of matches the red pool behind you!

Hope you didn't have to spend a lot of time outdoors, it sounds quite bad that they had to put so many measures in place due to the pollution levels.

That is so sad. The poor people there :( I really hope that the atrocious air quality doesn't do any harm to your health, energy levels, etc while you're in Mexico City, dear Lorena.

Great, classic colour palette at work in this chic look. My eyes went to your beautiful red scarf like a month to a flame.

I have always heard about the bad air quality in Mexico City, but I am glad that it didn't stop you. There is a ton of pollution where I live too -- it's not great, but you can't let it hold you back.

Sometimes I see people wearing masks. I'd rather not venture out than to wear an ugly mask! Ha!

Wow, that is crazy. How do they keep 40% of people from driving their cars?
I suppose it's just one more thing to be grateful for that I take for granted every day.
