Losing things has got to be one the most unpleasant, stressful feelings there is. I loath it and try my absolute hardest to not lose anything, but of course we all do every now and then.
The last thing that I lost was an earring on the walk back to our car after an impromtu photo shoot on the hottest day of the year back in July. Though not vintage (phew!), I really loved that pair of earrings (they were black with clear diamond-like rhinestones and looked the mid-century part soooo well!) and was bummed for days about it.

I lost a pair of earrings that I recently bought. I'm going to keep searching for it (Of course, I only lost one, not both!).

I hate losing things - it's one of the worst feelings, and I'm usually pretty good about the whole 'everything in it's place' system.
The last really strange thing I lost was a silk scarf - I wore it last fall, then couldn't find it until the spring, but the strangest thing was that I found it in Sean's driveway. The only logical explanation was that it was in my car the whole time, and somehow flew out that day - but how could I not have seen it there all winter?
Oh I wish I was more like you Lorena! I'm always loosing things :( I'm terrible for forgetting where I put things. I'd blame sleep deprivation with baby, but I was that way long before he arrived, haha!
