I find volunteer work very gratifying but, I don´t do it often.
On Saturday my H and I volunteered to go to a remote place (4 hour drive) and conduct a series of polls in schools.
We left at 2.30 AM and were back home exactly 23 hours later, without any sleep.
It was exhausting, but I would do it again.
For this I wore jeans, a t shirt that identified us as volunteers and my SOHO Lab sneakers.
