One of my several stops in Genoa were the palaces, specifically the ones of Via Garibaldi, part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
I did some research before getting to Genoa and must admit that on line you only get to "see" about 50% of what is really there, which is always a good surprise. It's difficult to be surprised these days.
I'll try to put up a post of my findings in this city, which if I can I will return to.

I would like to go back to London, now that I've done the touristy things, but I would really like to travel and see some of the bloggers I've known over the years: NYC (again), Asheville, Antwerp, Bruges...
It looks very clean there! We travel to the UK three times a year since I can t fly anymore!
I'm a little sad we didn't get to see the palaces in Paris, but we really did just go to take the kids to Disney. I'd love to go and see more of the architecture one day, and explore more of Europe!
