When it comes to clothes alterations I am the laziest. Not only do I lack the knowledge, but also the patience. I own a 1960's sewing machine that has not been used in years. I am saying all of this as there's pride in the fact that I hemmed these trousers. Trousers I purchased in January but had not worn because they needed to be hemmed. I am pretty sure they are not perfect, as I did not use the measuring tape. Some days you have to create your own little moments of joy. This is one of them.

Me encanta!

I'm horrible at all of that too. Luckily my mom can do it for me, but I'll have to learn for myself eventually, haha

I am terrible at getting alterations done too - I barely ever bring myself to do and it's one of those things that I have to get a bit better about being on the ball with.

Yup, if things don't fit me, I will not pay to have them altered, even with hemming. It has to be a really special item for me to do that.

Lovely outfit, Lorena! Very classy!

Love the scarf with this outfit for a touch of colour and print!

I'm impressed yo could hem your pants- I've done it a few times, with that hemming tape that you just iron on, ha! If I could sew I'd be buying a lot more things, hehe!

Hope you're having a good week :)

I think you are brave to hem without a ruler! I do love my little sewing gauge ruler though, it's probably as old as your sewing machine as it belonged to my grandma.

I also love the scarf tied like a tie.

I have not been on your blog for a long time. Sorry! No time :( I'm starting to think about stopping blogging. Recently I went to Turkey for a 3 weeks to rest (the day before yesterday I came back). In conclusion, the time of blogging is passing, people are now watching Instagram (I hate it) and other SM, they do not follow blogs. My statictics do not grow. But I think they should. So, should I making a blog for an idea? I will decide in Spring. But dont tell anyone about it :D (...) Anyway, I looked through all latest looks and this is my favourite. It has power. The scarf is GREAT on the white shirt.
