District of Chic Inspired

Black slip dress Topshop - Black sandals Vince Camuto
Black slip dress Topshop - Black turtleneck sweater Pierri New York

I've seen slip dresses layered dozens of times and it's usually the same: over a tee shirt or over a shirt so when I saw District of Chic styled it over a black turtleneck I was totally inspired, she looked fabulous.  Although its kind of a contradictory outfit I think it works: a slip dress and sandals meant for summer months topped with a warmer fall garment.  Its these type of looks that make no sense yet they totally work don't you think ?

I didn't even realize that was two separate garments until I started to read - they look seamless together (and those bold sunglasses are such a perfect touch!

¡Hola, Lorena! Pues la verdad es que has interpretado maravillosamente y a tu manera el estilismo inspirado en District of Chic. De hecho, el toque de color de tus gafas rojas me gusta más que las gafas en el original.

Un beso,
