Transition

As I read on every other blog about the transition to fall I admit that I might just feel a little left out - as where I live we are in the midst of rainy season. Here, after it rains all we are left with is humidity, flooded streets and if we are lucky a short cool breeze. However in December it should be summer and I will not be envying the layers, the heavy coats and the chapped lips in other latitudes..but, today I thought I'd pretend that I am also transitioning to fall.

That is a lovely polka dot knit! I know what you mean too. Sometimes I'm a little wistful seeing all the cosy layers even though it's nothing but heat and humidity here! For the most I'm excited to wear more spring things though! :)

I think A LOT of bloggers right now who live in warmer climates are pretending to transition, many of them openly admit that they were sweating it out in their booties and extra layers!
This week has definitely been a transition week for me, it's been 60's and raining, I've gotten out my jeans, cardigans, and closed toe shoes. Not that I've taken any outfit photos...

we hardly ever get a fall season. :[ right now it is supposed to be fall, but it is 100 degrees and so humid. it's pretty disgusting! i always get excited to wear boots and sweaters, but they really aren't needed here all that often. :[ chapped lips and wearing a coat have never been my thing, so maybe it's ok. HA!

Don't feel bad! The weather just got a little cooler here. Hope it stays and doesn't leave. Great outfit Lorena! It would be a great transitional outfit.

That must be tough for sure, especially if you're a big fan of proper fall weather (and colours, etc). Please feel free to live autumn vicariously through my blog and SM, dear Lorena.

Wonderful outfit! I've always madly adored sporting navy and denim together.

I know that in a couple of weeks I will regret all those times I complained about Panama's weather!
