My Local MBFW Story

I was invited by a friend to a local 

pre MBFW event, a small runway with 

local designers. It was held one afternoon

at the new Mercedes Benz show room.

Without much thinking I chose to wear a 

blue dress that had been in the closet since

December, unworn. Happens its a garment that 

wrinkles by just blinking... I found out later, 

when I saw the event pictures.

The real story here is that this was one of the 

first Fashion Week event I attend so I was

just looking forward to it. We arrived, said 

a few hellos, took pictures and after 

getting drinks and just standing around for a while, 

someone comes up to me to tell me to 

put my dress down. And pulls it. 

Happens since the moment I walked 

in my bag had been holding my dress up and my

entire thigh and underwear were on display...

I died a little a then.

I laugh a little now.
