The reason is not because I suddenly love them,

Mustard and plum is a fun color combo, and I suppose you might just have to get really creative with purple...

I absolutely positively love this outfit and its warm, rich colour palette. Mustard and plum/maroon/burgundy are two of my favourite colours ever. Grey was a great choice for your bag colour. It plays so nicely with this stylish combo.

I'll have to give that a try with my burgundy pants! :)
And I always find pants less forgiving than skirts or dresses. That's why sometimes I'll go through a phase of wearing lots of skirts/dresses, haha! Until I can squeeze back into my pants! Like right now, I haven't been wearing my burgundy pants as a combination of being in a lot of pain with my knee and comfort eating and not being able to exercise or even walk the dog...getting a little tight around the waist, ha!
