As much as I love the garment,
it served its purpose: to keep me warm.

I had a red jacket (just cotton, not velvet) that I loved as it always stood out and made a statement, but I so rarely wore it. In the end I decided to part ways with it. Wasn't worth keeping if I was to wear it so infrequently! I do sometimes miss it though...

I love red on you, and I do have a weakness for velvet, but when it comes to blazers and buttons, I won't even look at something if it's got more than two.
