The shirt I am wearing today is
over 12 years old.
It was purchased during a trip to Cali in Colombia.

I have worn it 4 times in 5 years and I am not loving it
today nor any of the other 3 times I have styled it on the blog.
Yet, it's been able to hide and remain as a part of my wardrobe…
that is until today.

It is a pretty shirt, but I agree, if it's not working for you it makes sense to get rid of it and have room in your wardrobe for something you do love :)
Away From The Blue
It's a total classic. You'd be hard pressed to beat the timeless appeal of black and white gingham. My first thought styling wise is to tuck it into a fairly high waisted circle, or conversely, pencil skirt. I'd wear my hair up in that case and pile on the pearl jewelry, for a some what glam preppy take on a timeless 1950s silhouette.
