While in Switzerland I attended a dinner gala.

I am one who usually loves dressing up.
However this time around, I was not very sure of what to pack.
I guessed you could never go wrong with a black dress.

So, I packed a long black gown and rhinestone accessories.
That included a pin I used on my hair (just sewed it on a hair comb),
An antique silver ring,
Chunky bracelets from Forever 21 and a big brooch I pinned
on my black vintage bag.
It was a marvellous event hosted at a hotel that resembled
a palace and sat on Lake Lucerne.
I love seeing how pieces of different origins
just come together into one simple outfit.

i haven't really dressed up in SO LONG. maybe someday! i have shoes and dresses that i have bought for special occasions, and they never seem to happen!
