Lately I have been spending Sundays outdoors.

Going to the country side, taking in the fresh air.
Just laying in the grass under the pine trees, sure beats any spa.
Putting out bananas for the birds to eat,
taking a five minute walk to the nearby river and getting my feet wet...
This is what I call a restful weekend.
