The sidewalk she laid on was next to a store entrance and
also by a 4 lane high transited main street where an overpass is
being built. Leaving her there was never an option.
We picked her put, put her in the car without her trying to attack us
and took her to a vet. After a few x rays we were told
she had a dislocated hind leg and that she needed surgery,
right there and then we requested the surgery to be done.
After two weeks in the vet hospital and almost fully recovered we took her home.
We have been posting posting flyers, sending emails, contacting missing pets
pages on Facebook, but nobody has turned up.
She is the sweetest dog you can imagine, but it's hard enough
to have two small dogs in an apartment... now imagine 3.

that's a beautiful story! i hope she'll get a great home wherever it would be.
3 dogs are very hard to handle - when my parents go on vacations we puppy-sit on labradore and although he's almost 11 and is calm enought it's very hard comparing to just 2 dogs

So glad she is doing okay and that you stopped and helped her!
Is there a no-kill shelter that could help you rehome her? So sad as someone may be missing her dearly, but you would have thought it would have been easy to find her owner.
She looks lovely, please keep us posted with her story!
Awww. You are so sweet for spending all that time, energy, love & money on that dog. The dog is beautiful and looks like your two cuties approve of a third 4-legged friend. =)
