This denim jacket is a piece I've had forever, at least 10 years. I remember the hunt. It had to have the perfect stretch, just the right shade, perfect fit and the correct price tag.
It's held up quite well over the years and it's always so easy to wear.

My jean jacket is from 2007, bought at the Ann Taylor Loft in Times Square in NYC, when I was there with my mom (pre-blog). I had just finished losing 50 lbs, and was replacing all of my wardrobe - that jean jacket is the only thing I have still from that mad shopping trip. I don't wear it too much these days, but I hang onto it as I know I'll come back to it. It's the perfect cut/length/style for me.

I'm not 100% sure how old my denim jacket is - definitely before my current job so that's 10 years! I actually want to update it but I find jackets such a tricky item to buy, I'm waiting until I can get the perfect one! Yours looks lovely :)
