Today I am flying back from La Paz to Mexico City.
Jeans Zara - Black flats Vera Wang Lavender - Black tshirt Danskin - Red vintage scarf |
The moment I saw this blue sky from my hotel room,
I knew I had to run out and take a few shots.
It was quiet and warm outside and the pink rocks in the backdrop blew me away.
SO much, that I forgot to leave the door open behind me and when I tried
to go back into the hotel, I had been locked out.
So, I had to walk around the building in order to get my bags
and be on my way to the airport.
Sometimes we have no idea what happens before or after taking pictures
for the blog - have you any stories to share ?

The stories behind my outfit photos are always really sadly mundane (like, I was grocery shopping and remember to take some photos in the parking lot) -- and I love this outfit, the touch of red is perfect!

What a story, but these great photos are worth it!
Ooh yes, so beautiful! I would've taken photos there too! So funny about the door. I've had some pretty odd before moments with my photos too.

Oh my, yes what a marvellous sky. I'm glad that you were able to take such good shots.
I love your scarf. <3
Back in the Kitchen
Beautiful spot for photos, glad you took advance of it and weren't permanently locked out of your room!
I think often the stories behind the photos aren't shared, and it's an interesting insight. I know most of my "behind the lens" stuff if mainly chasing a toddler around trying to keep him out of the shot now, haha! A bit boring.
Away From The Blue Blog
This spot was worth the trip, I love the brilliant sky and the boats, of course. Perfect travel style as well, chic, functional, and comfortable.
Chic on the Cheap
Definitely!!! An unspoiled blue sky like that deserves to be photographed and used as the gorgeous backdrop that is is. What lovely, serene images, dear Lorena.
