I use to read a lot.

Well, at least a lot more than I do now.

Anyways, a few days ago I was trying to clean out my email inbox 

and came across an email that had a book in a pdf file.

The book:"The Women Men Adore and Never Want to Leave" by Bob Grant.

So, 38 pages into it I read something that makes me stop.

Makes me think. 

This is what made me stop. And think.

"Impulses feel just like feelings, but there is one major 

difference. Impulses spike very high and give you the impres- 

sion that you have to obey them. They feel overpowering and 

seem convincing and true. Feelings generally build gradually. 

What separates the two is that impulses will die down within a 

few hours or days. Feelings remain, until we do something 

about them.
