So my question was "With the belt or without the belt ?"
The answer was: "Without".

I honestly prefer the WITH belt option but decided to go without as

Belted is obvi the right way to go! I like the shape but, I also love the color combo :)
I like it both ways too, but yes, the belt adds color and makes the outfit look more finished. Man, what are we all going to do when belts go 'out' of fashion again?!

LOL! i think belts are so cute, but i never want one around my waist. so, given that, ask me why i bought three belts this weekend at a thrift store. lol! because they were cute, and i got all three for under $20. so i will HAVE to wear one eventually. have to!

Love it with the red belt, but I hear ya - some days, you just don't want anything at your waist.
I'm with you on both accounts. Normally I always say belt, but this time i really like it without.
