As I got on the elevator today a neighbor was telling me how these days people were going back to basics and things being very plain with no fuzz. I think I agree.
I dislike ironing so I am all into things I don't really need to iron. Love your top, the print is absolutely adorable

I actually don't mind ironing...isn't that crazy? I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that it's about clothing...haha.

That's a great shirt on you! I agree, I prefer things I don't have to iron - I even hang all my clothes to dry on hangers in the sun to minimise the need for ironing, haha! I have found it a big shock with the kids being back at school as uniforms need to be washed and ironed every week, a big change from the more infrequent laundry that was done in iso times, haha!

I'm hoping that people will have a backlash against athleisure in public, and will put more effort into celebrating that they can be out! I totally get being comfy at home, though! You look great!

ReplyDeleteI no longer own an iron, but I do steam. I can see people going with the "no fuss" style, but I'm hoping for a backlash of people really wanting to be dressed up! I think they will have missed it and want to put their fun clothes on.
