Black flower print satin kimono H&M - Black trousers Mossimo - Green velvet loafers Zara - Yellow tank top Basic Edition |
I am the first to admit I might have felt a little "pijamish" in this satin kimono and velvet loafers look. But, it was so comfortable to wear I have absolutely no regrets. Oh, and instead of wearing a belt, to keep the kimono in place I used a flower brooch and pinned it.

I like the boudoir look, and kimonos just seem to comfortable and fun to wear.

ReplyDeleteOh that's a beautiful kimono! Pinning it was a fantastic idea too! It looks great :)
ReplyDeleteI think I might have missed my chance to belt and tie my kimonos - so cold here, especially today! Winter has definitely arrived, pulling out my cosy pieces!
Hope you are having an awesome week so far! :)

Honestly, still I can't convince to kimono. I dont want to say I dont like it. I cant say that kimonos are bad, but for me it is no "must have" kind of wear. Comfortable for sure, but for example tracksuit pants is also comfortabe, but I dont like it. It is no for me. I prefer a cape or light coat, kimonos are oriental temporary trend. BUT I can not say "NEVER" :) Who knows, maybe I will change my taste. If You ask about Your kimono, I say - quite good, nice colors, I prefer different color of shirt (no such bright yellow), loafers fit great to kimonos (I like combo: mules, jeans and kimono - if I would like to wear kimono).
ReplyDeleteAlways wear what feels good on you Lorena!
