Borrowing Clothes

Gucci like crossed block heel sandal from Zara, but I could have also gone for these at a better price.

Black and white striped maxi dress Daisy Fuentes (similar wrap one here and if my shopping fund was endless I'd go for this one here) - Mola handmade headband worn as belt made by the Gunas / Kunas in Panama

Nothing borrowed in this post. Just bought and gifted :)  However I have been thinking that while growing up I use to borrow things from friends, in my case usually clothing to go to parties and books.
The last thing I recall borrowing was a set of Swarovski jewellery for a wedding last year. Before that it was probably a pair of fancy shoes, also for a wedding.

When was the last time you borrowed something ? What was it ?

  1. I actually borrowed several wraps over the summer from various coworkers because I weirdly didn't own any and had several weddings to attend - which led me to buy several off my own in the fall!

  2. Me encantan las rayas verticales, hacen más alargada la figura y por tanto más flaca jajajaj

  3. Dear Lorena, everything you own and what you wear today is beautiful! In my case I borrow rarely things - mostly I'm the person who borrows things to others :)

  6. I actually never borrow clothes/jewelry/the like from people. Not totally sure why, but I just can't think of an instance when I did. But I could consider borrowing this dress from you -- it's stunning! Loving the nail color, too.

  7. Love this dress/outfit. I don't actually borrow stuff from others very often, but I'm generous with loaning things out.

  14. That is a beautiful dress! :)

I borrow a lot from my sister - and every now and then I'll borrow a bag from my bestie. We all have similar tastes so it makes sense to share a bit of our wardrobes! :)

  15. Since I have a sister, there is always borrowing going on. Usually I'm the lender rather than the borrower and I could write a long list of the last things she's borrowed, but I'm drawing a blank on what I've taken from her lately other than her fancy face washes last time I spent the night.

I love this striped maxi, the variation in the pattern makes it so flattering.
