It's ok

I imagined light blue, pink and grey would 
work so well together and they do.
Light blue pleather skirt ASTR - Pink sweater Red Valentino 
However when it came to proportions, 
this outfit did not work. 
Grey heels Vince Camuto - White mother of pearl sunglasses Kate Spade
Maybe its the sleeves. Maybe the tucked in sweater. 
Maybe its the length of the skirt.  Whatever, its ok. 
Because sometimes things 
work and others they just don't.
Its ok.

    Definitely a great color combo!! As for the proportions being off, I think if the skirt was a little more above the knee it would be perfect!

    It is definitely okay when things don't work - that's how we learn! :) I love these colours together - that is a fabulous skirt, especially. I am not big on the sweater, though. The style is a little fussy - I think a shorted, fitted sweater with shorter sleeves would work better (I like the skirt length where it is).

    I do love the trio of colours together :)

    I think we learn every time we get dressed - we will never be 100% perfect every time - even celebs with professional stylists never nail it every day!

    Gorgeous colour palette. So gentle, sweet and feminine. I'd keep playing around with it for sure (though must say, I really like this outfit and don't feel that it's "off-putting" or anything of that nature to me).
