Inspired on Pinterest

I am a newbie on Pinterest.
I don't have many boards or pinned images.
However when I came across this look, I knew
I had to recreate it -

So I did, using a blue button down and a skirt that
do not get a lot of wear.

Blue button down shirt Carven - New York & Co. print skirt -
Baci brown textile shoes  - Urban Expressions bag

So far, this is how I have been using Pinterest - for outfit inspiration.
Oh and also for organizing certain things at home.

How about you, are you on Pinterest, if so, how do you use it ?

  1. I really like your inspired version better, Lorena - your textured shoes are so great! I use Pinterest just to "hold" my ideas for clothes and accessories, and for house decor. I'm not very organized at it!

  2. Great inspired outfit!. I love Pinterest, mostly use it for colour inspiration (interiors) and food. It's great to see how others are inspired.

  3. Do we follow each other on Pinterest? I started out thinking I would use it for outfit inspiration, but as it has turned out, I'm pinning a lot of recipes!

  8. I have yet to join Pinterest though would love to. I am way too busy reading and following a gazillion blogs. Your look is polished, sharp and pretty. These two pieces (skirt & shirt) look great together and YOU SHOULD BRING THEM OUT MORE OFTEN. They are awesome pieces. The shirt looks sort of Chambray and I adore your pencil skirt. =) Cute shoes, too. They are whimsical.
