I use to have a sweater that was called the "date shirt" it was one of those perfect slouchy black cashmere sweater that could be worn with jeans in the winter and cut off shorts in the summer. I was soft, cozy and sexy.
I cried (eyes cried) when my cleaning lady washed it in hot water the put it in the dryer.
Everyone needs a puffy shirt, right? I have a green knit top similar in shape to yours. It came with a self belt that I sometimes wear, but sometimes I don't and just enjoy the freedom. ;)
