ReplyDeleteyesterday i had to entertain some wealthy collectors since the boss was out of town. THE HORROR. i am not a social butterfly, nor a hobknobber, nor a sales person, but i had to be nice and informative and TRY to engage these folks. UGH. not my forte. anywhoo, i saw the woman look me up and down and try to size me up, but i chose to ignore it. i wasn't WOWED by her outfit, but who cares. she was pretty nice, and her husband warmed up to the conversation about 30 minutes into it. lol. so whatever. to each his/her own! :)

ReplyDeleteAbout being laughed at...well probably when i am at work, i dress in such a colorful way that probably i am laughed at, but i make some people smile, in fact a lady at work told me that i made her day every time she sees me, that got me laughing...that was nice of her
