On this Wednesday morning
I must confess that yesterday and part of last night
I stayed on line waiting to gain access to the Target site so I could
buy something from the women's apparel
Missoni for Target collection.
Little did I know almost every other person was doing the same
as by the time I was able to access -
anything I liked and anything that fit had all been sold out on line.

So, today I am sleepy
(thank you Target)
and cranky that I was not able to get anything (thank you again Target).
I do have one real Missoni dress but the thrill of having more,
well, you probably understand.
Specially since they did such a good job putting together
some wonderful looks for this collection.
Have any of you bought anything from this collaboration ?
Does it look as good as it seems on the site ?
How about the materials ?
My nearest Target it about 10 countries away :(
I posted a pic of the one tee I saw and tried on in the store. There were a couple of other items around, but nothing that was my style.

I was all set to head over to target yesterday, gearing up my checking out the website first... and I was a little disappointed with the prices... $40-$50 for a shirt... $30 for the pillow I wanted... in the end, I stayed home. I suspect the stores were bought out by 10 am anyway, and over the next few weeks the people who got crazed and overbought will return stuff, and then I can scoop it up on clearance.

When I got to the store at noon, it was pretty much gone. I did see a few pieces that were nice. Maybe they will restock?
ReplyDeleteAhhh as you know, I did dive right into the Target madness! Most of the pieces are really nice. Surprisingly good quality for the price. I bought two dresses and they fit real easily. I wouldn't say loose, but they aren't clingy, either. I can't decide if I like that about them or not. They aren't body-con at all.

I was looking at the Missoni line as well! It looks pretty good if you ask me... but alas, I didn't get anything! hehehe.
