It definitely wasn't as expensive as my wedding dress though, that's the most expensive item of clothing I own.

While I gave my prom dress to a friend of a friend to wear to her prom, I've still got my wedding dress. My mum still has hers too, although I don't know why we keep them! I certainly don't see us wearing them again - although we did get my mum's out to try on and take photos with after we bought mine, for a bit of fun.

Away From The Blue BlogMicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06858487062882928298noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9090384849824924894.post-282006847748951762016-03-31T13:19:02.159-05:002016-03-31T13:19:02.159-05:00We don't do prom in Canada (or we didn't w...We don't do prom in Canada (or we didn't when I was in high school). The big event back then was grad (graduation) at the end of the year. My grad dress was purchased in Hawaii for $75, which in 1985 was a lot of money! I wore my mom's wedding dress, so paid nothing for it.

The most expensive dress I've ever purchased was my Desigual one with the eye on the back/rooster on the hip.
